The first thing is wake up early every day fifteen minutes, because I can go to station walking.
Second is send a message to my wonderful sister and my two sons telling them how they are so important in my live.
And third , think about a good thing that happened last day or week, and repeat it again.

I heard the Song of Sir Tom Jones for first time on The Queen's Diamond Jubilee Concert so the music, the party and all spectacle was amazing . I could pay attention in each people how they behaved like as a winner of a biggest prize.
l love so many songs of Tom Jones for example : Delilah, Green Green Of Home, She's a Lady,Mama Told Me Not To Come and etc...
When I heard the first time Sir Tom Jones on The Queen's Diamond Jubilee Concert , I felt like a explosion in my heart .
Since the spectacle was happening everything was on a perfect harmony ,there were two goods reasons: namely, peace and connection.
I said connection with people, space and organization .
Another interesting curiosity about Jones is that Jones and his idol Elvis Presley met in 1965 at the Paramont film stage, when Elvis was filmingParadise,Hamaiian Style. They became good friends, spending more and more time together in Las Vegas and duetting until the early hours at Presley's private Las Vegas suite. The friendship endured until Presley's death in 1977.
Now lets go sing together, this magic songs Delilah.....
Delilah
I saw the light on the night that I passed by her window
I saw the flickering shadows of love on her blind
She was my woman
As she deceived me I watched and went out of my mind
My, my, my, Delilah
Why, why, why, Delilah
I could see, that girl was no good for me
But I was lost like a slave that no man could free
At break of day when that man drove away, I was waiting
I cross the street to her house and she opened the door
She stood there laughing
I felt the knife in my hand and she laughed no more
My, my, my, Delilah
Why, why, why, Delilah
So before they come to break down the door
Forgive me Delilah, I just couldn't take anymore
She stood there laughing
I felt the knife in my hand and she laughed no more
My, my, my, Delilah
Why, why, why, Delilah
So before they come to break down the door
Forgive me Delilah I just couldn't take anymore
Forgive me Delilah I just couldn't take anymore
so Delilah.. I love you
I saw the flickering shadows of love on her blind
She was my woman
As she deceived me I watched and went out of my mind
My, my, my, Delilah
Why, why, why, Delilah
I could see, that girl was no good for me

My, my, my, Delilah

Forgive me Delilah I just couldn't take anymore
Forgive me Delilah I just couldn't take anymore
so Delilah.. I love you

Feminism have got a great success in decades in south America ,US,and some country in Europe, unfortunately not in country with restrict religious.

My bag
I bought this backpack in Camden Market when I was showing the city of London to my family in their visit to Europe last year.
I prefer to use the big,die-pressed,and canvas backpack to keep all my staffs in.
In my bag I have got my notebook also pens and pencil since I work with it on Tuesday and Wednesday in my English class, although It is usefully to carrier other thinks too.
Normally I have got in my bag my purse where I keep my money,my glasses that I use so read,my cloves, hat because is so cold those days, oyster card to go to college and work, biscuits and some handkerchief.
This green fabric I bought to do a cushion curver.
On rectangular white and black plastic purse there are keys, lipstick, little mirror,a blue earphone and a tube map. Lastly some time I use it to do my chopping in my way to home when I finished my work.

The birth of photography
It’s very easy for many people now to take a photograph with a digital camera or mobile
phone, but it was very different in the early days of photography.
The first ‘camera’ was the ‘camera obscura’, which is Latin for ‘dark room’. A camera obscura is a
dark room or box with a very small hole at one end. When light shines onto an object and passes
through the small hole, the image is projected onto the opposite wall, but is not permanent like a
photo. Artists used a camera obscura to draw objects accurately and
quickly.
The French inventor Joseph NiƩpce made the first photograph with a camera obscura. He did this by
projecting the image onto a special metal plate. It took about eight hours of exposure
to create the photograph so it wasn’t suitable for taking people’s portraits. But in 1839 Louis
Daguerre developed a better method with a much shorter exposure time. He called this the
daguerreotype and it became very popular for portraits.
With a daguerreotype, it wasn’t possible to make multiple copies from one exposure as the positive
image was fixed onto a single plate. With the invention of a negative, it was possible to produce
multiple copies from one negative. In the mid 19th century ‘visiting cards’ with a photo on became
very popular because they were cheap to produce and people displayed an
album of family photos in the living room.
One English expression people sometimes use when taking photos comes from the early days of
photography. In English when someone takes a photograph, they sometimes say
‘watch the birdie’. This comes from a bird that was used by a photographer’s assistant to get
a child to look in a particular direction.
One interesting early use of photography was to show that when a horse runs very fast all four
hooves are off the ground at one time. To do this, the photographer placed 12 cameras along a race
track to take multiple photos of a horse galloping and the images showed that he was right. It was
only possible to prove this because of photography.
In 1900 the world’s largest camera at that time was built. It was about 2.5 metres by x 1.5 metres
and weighed over 400 kilos. It took 15 men to move and operate the camera. So next time you use
your mobile or camera to take a photo, think about how difficult this was in the early days of
photography.

Health Check
This week I have been invited to have a free NHS health check and it will helping me prevent heart disease, stroke, diabetes and kidney disease
Risk increases with ages,There are also certain things that will put people at even greater risk. There are: being overweight, lack of exercise, smoking, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and alcohol.
I have got from NHS some advice how to prevent and set goals for improving my lifestyle.
The only way to lose weight healthily and keep it off is to make permanent changes to the way we eat and exercises. We don't need to do a big change.A balanced diet with the right number of calories for our activity level, which includes five portions of fruits and vegetables a day ,is a healthy
way to reach or maintain a healthy weight.
The good thing is that I don't smoking and I don't like alcohol, but I'm lazy about to do exercises.
I have to start physical activity I know that all moment counts like sit less, move more and gradually build up to doing 30 minutes of moderate activity, five times a week.
They told me that the aim is to try and get my heart beating faster, and lungs working a bit harder for lest ten minutes at a time.
Another good news is that when I got my results I discovered that I go it to control my high cholesterol ,because I followed the doctor's advise and they advised to consume less salt or if possible cutting back on my consumption of salt.
So,now my,your, our healthy depends only of us to make the difference to live well.
disease: an illness of people ,animals ,plants etc... caused by infection .
increase: to make something become larger in amount or size.
even: at the same time as.
lack: when something is not available or when there is not enough of it.
goal:an aim or purpose(objective).
aim:a result that your plans or actions are intended to achieve
physical: connected with the body.
