I had my break fast at 8 0'clock,only a cup of coffee with milk.
In the morning between 9 0''clok and my lunch time I ate a banana and when was half pass one I had my lunch: rice with lentils,potatoes,beet,couscous and kale.I bought this from a Turk''s shop.
In the afternoon I have a tangerine and last I had my dinner that was a bread-cheese and a mango juice.
