Landlady's letter.
Mrs Maria, I'm writing this letter to saying my flat is a nice place .But there is something wrong on my bathroom.
The  last week the sink was  leaking  .I tried to fix it  myself but it is a hard job.
If possible I would to do an appointment next Friday on the afternoon.
