       Dear Ms Bellamy.

I met some students from other and a recently year and we had a meeting in the meeting hall to talk about what you are worried.
The first thing is, when they are studding in the evening, happen some absents because they can't choose between they jobs and school.
Some of then need to work in the same day that they have class or work until late,while in the morning the people has similar trouble,they has children and some of then has job as well,so the student who has children, usually study while they are in the school or a nursery but when children became ill or for any other situation it is a reason to be absent .
I listened from then, that some students don't feel confidants with English class ,because they feel upset when they don't understand quickly ,so they compere with other students and think they can't go ahead, it is another reason .
Students are often late when they need to use transport to come to class, depending the place where
they live or work it is so hard to get at time in the school or some  time they need to work  extra hour and this is one more reason to make then  arrive later as well.
I suggest the college could give a flexible time tables so the students can choose the best time for then.About the students don't feel confidants is a intelligent idea to give then a support showing then how they can stay and try the best of college can offer.
Is a brilliant suggestion to have a book in the entrance where all students, staffs,teachers and visitors could write opinions,suggestions and complaints,so the college can do an anlysis and filter all informations to enrich their knowledge.
